Our return policy is very simple. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with any of our products just return

You have thirty (30) days from your receipt to begin the return shipment.
We can not however refund shipping charges.

Shipping & Delivery

Cassel's ships products all across the country. We use UPS, FEDEX, USPS and deliver locally by company van. Shipping Charges depend on weight and method of shipping (i.e., next day air, 2nd day, 3 day). Charges are added to the invoice.

Awards are usually shipped out within 1 – 2 weeks. In stock merchandise that doesn't need embroidery or printing takes 1 - 2 days.

Screen printing , embroidery and promotional products orders are shipped out within 2 – 3 weeks.
